Volunteer Work

Melinda actively collaborates with local organizations to build connections and remain engaged in her community. Believing that the fields of coaching and education thrive on diverse voices and perspectives, she dedicates a portion of her expertise to select organizations on a pro bono basis.

Melinda's volunteer work centers on fostering community and connection. She consistently brings people together for meaningful reflection, coordinating with local or nationally renowned speakers and maintaining professional relationships long after her events conclude. Additionally, she has used her time in the service of organizing and facilitating collaborative networking events, enabling cross-sections of professionals to connect on a meaningful level. Melinda is driven by the joy of helping others feel engaged and connected through a shared passion for learning and community service.
