Melinda’s designs 60-75 minute informative and inspirational talks aligned with your organization's intended outcomes. While there will be moments where the audience participates in engaging interactions during the talk, these talks are largely designed to be a lecture-style experience.

A seminar is primarily focused on participants learning about something in greater detail. Seminars are a blend of lecture and general discussion, with participants engaged in learning a new skill and connecting this learning to help them solve various problems. Seminars will often close with a structured Q&A session or guided discussion in smaller groups. Seminars are often shorter than workshops, lasting anywhere from 2–3 hours, depending on the needs of the organization.

The primary goal of a workshop is skill development and practical application. Participants do things during a workshop, meaning the format is more interactive and hands-on. Workshops may include independent or group activities, active discussions, simulations, and an exploration of case studies. A workshop is typically longer, usually either a half or full day, depending on the purpose and desired outcomes.

“I thrive on educating and inspiring others, and public speaking provides a powerful opportunity to connect these two elements. I love seeing that 'Aha!' moment when the audience learns something new or unlocks a key insight. It’s always exciting to look at their feedback and see what resonated with the group so they can capitalize on their momentum and continue moving forward.”
